BEGIN se podría resumir en la historia de un viaje, concebido desde sus resonancias más arquetípicas. Esto es, como viaje hacia el autoconocimiento.
Aunque también podría resumirse bajo el título de: Fricciones.
Fricción entre lo interno y lo externo, entre lo que tenemos y lo que deseamos, entre lo que somos y lo que aparentamos ser y, en consecuencia, de la noción de crisis como oportunidad de crecimiento.
El viaje de BEGIN es un camino realizado por un único personaje, recreado por Clara Carbonell, y que se estructura sobre seis fases que evolucionan progresivamente.
BEGIN carece de ningún tipo de diálogo, fuente o gráfico animado. Todas estas fases están ilustradas a través de imagen real grabada y editada exclusivamente para la obra, y acompañada por la música, realizada de la misma forma para ello.
Los diálogos de Begin se producen a raíz de la sinergia entre la música y la imagen. A pesar de utilizar aparatos electrónicos como ordenadores, samplers, sintetizadores, vocoders, etc.. se consigue una simbiosis entre lo sintético y lo orgánico al utilizar el elemento humano para su sincronización, logrando además una reproducción diferente en cada actuación.
La imagen está realizada y mezclada por Vj_Waky exclusivamente para la obra, así como la música, creada y reproducida por Sais.

BEGIN could be summarized as the story of a travel, conceived from its more archetypical resonances. This is, as a travel towards self-knowledge.
Although it could be also summarized under the title: Frictions.
Friction between the internal and the external, between what we have and what we desire, between what we are and what we appear to be and, as a consequence, the notion of crisis as an opportunity for growth.
The travel of BEGIN is a path made by a unique character, recreated by Clara Carbonell, and it is structured in six phases which evolve progressively.
BEGIN lacks any type of dialogue, source or multimedia graphic. All these phases are shown through real images recorded and edited on purpose for the film, and accompanied by music, created in the same way for it.
The dialogues in Begin are created by the synergy between music and image. In spite of the use of electronic appliances such as computers, samplers, synthesizers, vocoders, etc. there is a symbiosis between the synthetic and the organic aspects as it uses the human element for the synchronization, obtaining thus a different reproduction in each show.
Images are filmed and mixed by Vj Waky exclusively for the performance, as well as the music, which is composed and reproduced by Sais.
